What payment methods are accepted?
All payments are via PayPal using a secure checkout, you do not need to create an account and a range of debit and credit cards are accepted. No payment details are shared or stored with our website.
What are the delivery costs?
UK delivery is free over the minimum order amount.
Please take care to ensure your delivery address is entered correctly and accurately, no responsibility can be taken for orders consequently lost or sent to the wrong address.
Please be aware of any import charges and customs fees you could be responsible for paying to receive your goods.
When will my order arrive?
Our current dispatch time is 5-7 days, if you need your order for a particular date please feel free to get in touch before ordering.
Can I get a refund or exchange?
You have 14 days to request a refund if you are not happy with your time, please email us to arrange the return. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds after this period unless the item is faulty or it’s during our extended Christmas return period.
Please note the order will only be refunded on receipt of the goods in original condition. Buyer is responsible for returning goods, we recommend using recorded delivery where possible.
Please allow 14 days form receipt of returned goods to process the refund.
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for made to order frames and made to order large art prints unless faulty.
My item is damaged or faulty?
If an item is faulty on receipt or develops a fault please email us within 30 days to arrange your replacement or refund. Instructions for return will be emailed and postage will be covered for returning faulty products.
Can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order please let us know within 12 hours. Notification for instance, via email, mobile phone ‘text message’ and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. Please note if your order has already been processed/dispatched you will need to arrange a return at your cost.
There’s an error with my order?
If there is an error with your order please contact us within 48hrs of receipt of goods. Unfortunately we are unable to take responsibility for incorrect delivery details.
I have a discount coupon, what can I use it on?
Please note these only apply to full price stocked items at www.jessicawilde.co.uk and exclude sale items, bespoke orders and outlets elsewhere.
Do you do bespoke orders & commissions?
We welcome bespoke enquires, please get in touch to discuss your project. These are done on a quotation basis for your project.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for bespoke orders, but should you have any issues at all please don’t hesitate to get in touch, we will do our upmost to resolve any problems for you.
Colour
Please note we do our best for colour accuracy but the colours on our website are for representation only. For bespoke orders please note there can be slight variations in colour from batch to batch and on various fabrics. Colour matching/sampling is available for an additional cost.
