This Privacy Policy outlines when, how and why we collect your personal information, how it is used, the limited conditions where it is disclosed to others and how we keep it secure. We will only collect, keep, use and share Personal Data for legitimate business purposes and to fulfil our legal obligations.

For as long as we maintain records of your Personal Data, we will keep it up to date and protect it with appropriate safety measures.

 

 

CUSTOMERS

We collect data when you place an order during the checkout process, this includes; your name, phone number, postal address and email address. This is so that we can process your order, as part of this fulfilment process your details are shared with the following data processors;

Google Analytics collects standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns, this helps us find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site, neither we or Google make any attempt to use this to personally identify you.

NEWSLETTER

When you sign up to the newsletter, your personal data is collected in order to send you company updates as requested, to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information, and to check our records are correct and you’re happy to continue with your subscription. You details are never shared any other organisations or businesses not already mentioned here or sold.

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter, this helps us gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our service. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails.

CLIENTS & TRADE CUSTOMERS

We collect the following data from our clients: your name, company details, email address, postal address. Confidentiality and security is our upmost priority for our clients, the data collected and stored is to fulfil our contractual obligations and is securely retained as long as needed for our legal obligations.

 

 

DATA SECURITY

We maintain technical and physical safeguards that are designed to protect the security and integrity of your Personal Data, and to guard it against accidental or unauthorised access, use, alteration or disclosure to unauthorised third parties. These measures include device encryption, firewalls and virus checking procedures.

SOCIAL MEDIA FOLLOWERS

If you follow one of our social media accounts we receive the following Personal Data about you, such as your account name, gender, general interests, location, age. This helps us offer social media content that is of interest to our followers, either by creating targeted ads or by finding out more about our online followers.

This information is purely for internal use and is never sold, it helps us provide you with bespoke website content, target our website visitors with relevant marketing messages and collect site statistics.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

We use data processors located outside the European Economic Area only after taking such steps as are required to ensure that Personal Data they process on our behalf receives protection equivalent to that provided in the EEA. Our processors are either certified as compliant with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework where they are located in the USA or have entered into an agreement with us containing the model clauses approved by the European Commission as providing contractual protection equivalent to that provided by the data protection regulations applicable in the EEA. DURATION OF STORAGE

We will maintain records of your Personal Data for as long as you are:

  • a registered user of any of our Sites;

  • If you have not opened any email or interacted in any other way with our brands for 36 months we will regard you as an inactive subscriber and delete your details from our records, except where retention is necessary to enable us to enforce our legal rights, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our employees.
